Studio mesurant 19 m² tres propre et refait a neuf avec meubles modernes et penser pour les petites surfaces,; armoire , clic clac , cuisine entièrement équipée avec hotte rétro-éclairé.
Il y a aussi une machine a laver qui fait sèche linge !!
double vitrage moins d un an , volets électriques et radiateur moderne .
L appartement est au RDC dans un immeuble de 1 étage donc très agréable et très calme sur cour close.
J ai fait une visite virtuelle sur simple demande.
Je dispose de la vidéo si besoin.
Pour garder le calme , je sélectionne bien les locataires et pour sécuriser il y a des caméras dans les lieux communs .
L immeuble se situe quartier faubourg de l'Isle a 7mn de la gare a pied , 5 mn de l université et 2mn des commerces ( poste , banques , etc..)
