I offer a large room with a balcony in a Paris 20th apartment, it is an old red brick building in a small quiet street, the interior has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition.

Knowing that I am a woman, I wish to host a female student, not a male one, sorry. The idea is to provide a serene, calm environment, therefore good study conditions and not a space for parties and socialisation 😉. For those who want to socialise and entertain themselves with guests constantly etc, there is a better place for you out there I am sure.

I provide high-quality daily bedding (Retractable bed "Le Maison du Convertible" including a mattress at 800€, not just a sofa bed but a real daily usage bed), a large mirrored wardrobe, a well-stocked library, good size shelves and a desk of course.

Ideal for those who really want to focus on their studies. If you have impeccable behaviour, I can help you with the cooking, but you must provide your own products.

Warning: This accommodation is strictly NO smoking, smokers refrain even if they do not plan to smoke inside; moreover, shoes are prohibited inside.

I am looking for someone calm, discreet and serious.

Je propose une chambre de très bonne taille avec balcon dans un appartement Paris 20ème, c'est un ancien immeuble de briques rouges dans une petite rue calme, l'intérieur a été rénové récemment et est dans une très bon état.

Sachant que je suis une femme, je souhaite héberger une étudiante et non pas un étudiant, désolé. L'idée est de fournir un environement serein, calme, donc de bonnes conditions d'études et non pas un espace de fête et de socialisation 😉. Celles qui veulent socialiser et recevoir constament, ce n'est pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut...

Je fournie un couchage journalier de haute qualité (Lit rétractable "Le Maison du Convertible" dont matelas à 800€, ce n'es pas juste un canapé lit mais un vrai lit à part entière), une grande armoire, une bibliothète très fournie et un bureau bien sur.

Idéal pour celles qui souhaitent vraiment se concentrer sur ses études. Si vous avez un comportement irréprochable, je peux potentillèmenet vous aider avec la cuisine mais vous devrez fournir vos propres produits.

Attention : Ce logement est strictement NON fumeur, fumeurs s'abstenir même si vous ne prévoyez pas de fumer à l'intérieur, de plus les chaussures sont interdites à l'intérieur.

Je recherche quelqu'un de calme, discrète et sérieuse.
