Je loue une belle chambre de 12 M2 totalement aménagée pour un(e) étudiant(e) dans un appartement de 100 m² situé dans une résidence calme à Point du Jour. Ce dernier est composé de 4 chambres, une cuisine, 2 SDB, une cuisine et un salon avec terrasse donnant sur la nature. Il est très clair et agréable a vivre. Il est situé au pied d'un arrêt de bus qui vous emmène en 15 minutes a Perrache et à 5 minutes des commerces et du marché. Il est aménagé "tout confort".
