Appartement comportant 2 chambres côté cour avec vue sur notre Dame de la Garde. 1 salle d eau à partager. Le côté nuit est séparé du côté vie par une porte. La grande pièce de vie se compose d'un salon et d'une cuisine équipée d'un lave linge et d'un lave-vaisselle avec vue directe sur la Timone. La fibre est installée.
L'immeuble est sécurisé avec 2 portes à code. Il y a un ascenseur.
Commerces, faculté et écuries à proximité.
Une chambre est occupée par une étudiante en 2ème année de pharmacie. Idéalement nous recherchons une étudiante du campus de la Timone ayant validé sa 1ère année.
L'eau et le chauffage sont compris dans les charges.
