Située sur le Boulevard du Président Wilson, quartier dynamique, à proximité immédiate de la future ligne de Tram D et proche de nombreuses lignes de Bus.

La maison se compose d’une entrée, d'une grande cuisine, d’un salon le tout avec grande hauteur sous plafond. Cette dernière dispose également d’une cave aménagée avec buanderie attenante, d’un jardin, d’un WC commun et de 11 chambres, chacune disposant de sa propre salle d'eau, d’une TV à écran plat, d’un lit double, d’un bureau et d’une armoire penderie avec rangements.  

Vous bénéficierez aussi de tout le confort et équipements nécessaire à la vie en colocation : (TV commune avec abonnement Netflix, machine à café, micro-ondes, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-linge/ sèche-linge, nécessaire pour le ménage etc)
