Le quartier est très sympa avec beaucoup de commerce de proximité mais aussi artisans. Le métro est Saint Ambroise, ligne 9, il est situé à 100m, station de bus à proximité.

Nous sommes des propriétaires investis et serieux qui souhaitent louer à des personnes sérieuses et propres.
L’appartement a été rénové en 2021. Il est situé dans un quartier familial mais également jeune puisqu’il est à 5-10 min à pied de Bastille / Marais. Très pratique, il y a le métro Saint Ambroise, le quartier ne manque pas de commerces et de restaurants.
