Studio indépendant et meublé, au rez de chaussée d'une maison située au pied du tram Deux-Croix (Monplaisir/Belle Beille). La seule partie commune est la porte d'entrée, le studio se trouve au rdc à gauche, alors que le logement de la maison se trouve en haut de l'escalier. Nous ne nous croisons donc jamais, sauf si nous le souhaitons. Le studio comprend un coin séparé bureau/salon, une chambre avec un lit double. Puis une salle de bain (baignoire, lavabo et WC) et une cuisine aménagée. Il fait 1m90 sous plafond, ce qui est un peu moins que la moyenne, il convient pour une personne pas trop grande. Éligible aux APL. Non fumeur, pas de fête s'il vous plait, j'habite au dessus.
