Nous louons 3 studios au même endroit. Deux de 14m² et un de 25m². Vous avez aussi accès à la buanderie commune qui contient le lave linge séchant ainsi qu'un point d'eau.

Les appartements se situent à 5 minutes à pied de la Part Dieu.

Le loyer est en formule "all inclusive", c'est à dire qu'il y a l'eau, l'électricité, Les charges communes, internet... Il s'élève à 650 euros pour les 2 petits et 750 euros pour le plus grand.
