Particulier loue chambre (10.48 m²) dans appartement neuf (T3 de 70 m²) à Pringy-Annecy dès septembre 2026. L'appartement est à partager occasionnellement avec nous (couple). Nous sommes fréquemment absents, c'est pourquoi vous disposez de l'appartement dans son entier par moment.

Situé dans un écoquartier, il est entièrement meublé (neuf). Les stations de bus, la gare de Pringy (avec le Léman Express) et les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pieds. Un local à vélos est disponible.

Le logement se compose d'un séjour avec terrasse et d'une cuisine équipée. La chambre à louer dispose d'un lit en 140, d'un placard pour tous les rangements et d'un petit bureau. La salle de bains est équipée d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge et les toilettes sont séparées.

Le loyer est de 600 euros + 90 de charges (eau, électricité, wifi/internet et charges de copropriété)

Nous sommes un couple ayant chacun son logement, c'est pourquoi nous sommes occasionnellement dans l'appartement. Ma fille de 19 ans est en études à Lyon et revient parfois à Pringy dans l'appartement. Mon ami est retraîté et je suis indépendante dans le domaine du bien-être. Dans nos loisirs, nous aimons voyager et pratiquer certains sports (randonnée pédestre et ski, du vélo, escalade et danse).
