L'hébergement est une maison de ville. Peuvent être mises à disposition des colocataires trois chambres, deux pièces (bureau ou salle de séjour), deux salles de bains - WC. Le rez de chaussée est occupé par le propriétaire. Le logement comprend un petit jardin.

Nous demandons que deux ou trois colocataires se répartissent deux heures de service par jour pour personne aphasique suite à AVC (repas, temps de stimulation, présence…) - une heure le matin - petit déjeuner - et une heure au moment du repas du soir. Le logement peut permettre une colocation (un étage par colocataire). Un étudiant avancé (21 ans minimum) ou jeune professionnel pourrait très bien convenir. Possibilité d’être en couple. L'idée est que la tache soit partagée entre deux ou trois étudiants afin que la charge ne soit pas trop lourde pour chacun d'entre eux. Le propriétaire sera absent un à deux WE par mois ainsi que durant les vacances scolaires
