My name is Josie, a native of Burgundy, France. I am the mother of 3 who also works part-time as an executive of a private company and i teach in a hight school .
I am also president of the association of host families within Dijon and am often working closely with the campus and BSB. My interests include friendly discussions, swimming and the outdoors. My children enjoy riding horses, playing tennis, choral singing and playing piano. Currently, two of my daughters are in college. One is studying law while the other is studying equitation. My son still lives at home as he attends high school.
I have 20+ of experience lodging American, Swiss, Japanese and Middle Eastern students. Typcially, these guests attend the local business school, higher learning institutions, as well as the Dijon-based “Universite de Bourgogne”.

Specialized in wine culture and tourism, I can also help you regard to your immersion during your training in France​ ( Administrative services, translation, and french tuitions).

Our home dates from the 17th century. It is a cozy house with bright, fully furnished, comfortable rooms. We are located in the heart of the city center, near the famous Palais des Ducs/ town hall, museums, Saint Benigne’s cathedral, shopping and theatres. We are also 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the university campus.

Burgundy is abundant in heritage and gastronomy. The famous Burgundy wine is appreciated all over the world. Infrastructurally, Dijon is conveniently an hour and a half from Paris by the “TGV” high speed train.
