C’est une maison qui se trouve à 10mn à pied du centre-ville bien située entre les trois gares de la ville de Saint Ouen L’aumône. Si vous aimez pique-niquer pendant les beaux temps alors vous êtes servis car la maison donne en face du parc de l'abbaye de Maubuisson, autrefois appelée Notre-Dame-la-Royale, une ancienne abbaye royale cistercienne fondée en 1236 par Blanche de Castille classée Monument historique en 1947.
