Convient à un ou une étudiant(e) recherchant le calme pour étudier sans avoir besoin d'un véhicule pour se rendre à Montpellier ou faire ses courses tout en profitant des balades vivifiantes le long des plages de Carnon ou le long du canal du Rhône à Sète.
