Nous proposons des chambres meublées pour étudiants dans une maison individuelle avec jardin (quartier pavillonnaire calme) à 8mn à pied de la station RER B SEVRAN LIVRY.
L'entrée et l'escalier sont communs entre locataires et propriétaires du lieu. le premier étage qui comprend les chambres, le salon/kitchenette (avec frigo, plaques inductions , micro-ondes, bouilloire et autres ustensiles de cuisine..), la salle de bain avec douche et WC est à l'usage
exclusif des locataires.
L'entretien de ces parties partagées est la charge des locataires.
Les chambres bénéficient d'un bail étudiant ou bail meublé
Le loyer est de 470€ net mensuel tout compris (WIFI inclus), avec un mois de caution .
