Je loue 2 chambres meublées chez l'habitant avec 1 cuisine en commun, salle de bain en commun , WC en commun à partager avec l'autre colocataire. À Aytré -tasdon. À 5mn en bus de Sup De Co. 1 ligne de bus direct. À 8 mn de la gare en bus. 10mn du centre ville en bus. Proche de tout commerce ( pharmacie boulangeries méga CGR Mac do, 2 grandes surface etc.. ) À pieds ou en bus pour tout faire. Proche des plages minimes et d'Aytre en bus ou vélo.Wifi.1 arrêt de bus à côté de la maison. Pas de fumeur à l'intérieur ,ni vapotage,pas d'animaux. On ne peut pas recevoir de famille, ni amis . Le loyer est de 400€ par mois hors charges. Caution est 400€. Le montant de charge comprend l'eau, électricité, WiFi, poubelle etc...à régler dès votre arrivée.
