- 20 minutes d'Audencia, école central, université de Nantes, 10 minutes au centre ville
- La maison est située en face du parc procé et de la Chézine, le "poumon vert de Nantes" où vous pourrez profiter des installations sportives de proximité ( basket-ball, football, salle de sport, piscine) et faire vos sorties vélo et jogging !
- Ligne de Bus direct pour le Centre ville et 10 min en vélo.
- Un Carrefour Market est situé à seulement 3 minutes à pied.
