Often referred to as “Old Paris,” Le Marais exudes old-world charm and modern-day functionality in the city’s core. Cobblestone streets wind through Le Marais' dizzying network of hidden courtyards, provocative galleries, and ivy-covered boulangeries. The neighborhood’s meticulously styled aesthetic of painted windowpanes and antique relics is not an accident. Our space is divided into 2 units :
- Coliving area on the 1st floor with a courtyard includes : co-working, living room, kitchen, laundry machine and shower / bathroom.
- Sleeping area on the 3rd floor accessible through an elevator : 6 small bedrooms and 1 studio (with shower). There is also 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms.
