Dans une maison récente meublée et confortable à 200 mètres de la place de Trion, comprenant :
- 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 3 wc
- En commun : 1 place de parking et un petit espace extérieur, une cuisine équipée ouverte sur salon salle à manger / lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, aspirateur centralisé.
Une chambre est louée à mon neveu, jeune actif qui travaille au théatre du point du jour. Il a un petit chien. Une chambre 3 est louée à un étudiant en classe préparatoire. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées dans la maison pour respecter le travail et le sommeil des étudiants.
