Bonjour,

Nous cherchons une étudiante/ jeune travailleuse pour un studio que nous mettons en colocation dans notre maison située à Igny. La maison se trouve près de la Gare (Environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied) dans un quartier calme et paisible. Vous aurez un studio indépendant au RDC avec une salle de bains privée. Ma famille, qui se compose de moi-même, ma femme et nos deux jeunes filles habitent dans la même maison. Le studio est bien équipé pour les étudiantes avec une table, une chaise pivotante, un double lit, un coin cuisine meublé avec frigo et une armoire. Il y a une SDB privée avec WC et douche, exclusivement pour vous. Il y a aussi un grand jardin que vous pourriez utiliser. Vous aurez accès à Wifi gratuit et une machine à laver également.

Les charges comprennent l'eau chaude/ froide, le chauffage, l'électricité, le WIFI, la machine à laver, ... Eligible à l'APL.
