Near the center of Grenoble, the flat is in a quiet street, close to TRAM C (arrêt Foch-Ferrié) and very close to bus C3. The apartment is within walking distance of Grenoble city center (10-15 minutes).

The flat is well equipped and has a shared living room, separate toilet and bathroom (shower), entrance hall. The kitchen is new and has recently been renovated. It has a fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, mini oven, large oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, iron etc…

Parking closed by barrier at the foot of the building.

Internet Box with optical fiber is already installed.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. The living room is bright with a sofa and a coffee table. The kitchen is open, with a dinning table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, with different colors. All the rooms are equipped with a double bed (140cm), a desk, a desk lamp, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, mirror, etc.

The windows are all double glazed. There is a bike garage and access to a cellar for storage.




A 1 month of rent is required as a security deposit.
