Appartement calme et agréable, sur cour, excellent état, bien équipé,confortable. Situé au centre, à 10 mn du métro Birkenstrasse, et de Westhafen sur le Ring. Dans un quartier calme mais où on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Cafés sympathiques à Birkenstrasse.
Nous ne louons que pour 6 mois à des étudiants ou des salariés qui sont de passage à Berlin, pour un semestre ou un stage.
Les charges comprennent une provision pour le gaz (78 euros) et l'électricité (30 euros), elles sont calculées pour 6 mois. En fin de location, elles seront réajustées en fonction de la consommation.
