L'appartement entièrement meublé se situe dans le centre historique de La Rochelle, dans une rue emblématique qui reste néanmoins très calme. L'appartement se compose :

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un local pour les vélos (très précieux ;-)
L'immeuble de 6 appartements est très calme. Pour respecter la tranquilité de tous, les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées dans l'appartement.
Sa localisation idéale (magasins, cinéma, vieux-port, marché journalier, bars, restaurants, plage de la concurrence, ...) en fait un appartement privilégié.
