Le bien se trouve dans une rue calme à 10 min à pieds de la gare de Creil et proche de toutes les commodités et commerces. Les chambres sont réparties sur deux étages et meublées (lit 140×190, bureau, frigo, rangements).

Au rez-de-chaussée, se trouvent un grand salon et une cuisine. Tous les deux entièrement meublés et équipés avec tout le confort nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour agréable et donnant accès à une terrasse et un jardin pour profiter pleinement des beaux jours.

Entretien des parties communes une fois par semaine, Wifi Electricité.
Nous avons trois chambres de disponibles de suite :

- Une chambre avec sa salle d'eau privative pour un loyer toutes charges comprises.
- Trois chambres avec une salle d'eau à partager pour un loyer toutes charges comprises.
