- Trajet avec voiture : 10 mn de Belval Université, 13 mn de LUNEX à Differdange et 25 mn de Luxembourg-Ville.
- Arrêt autobus Luxembourgeois devant la colocation (toutes les heures et gratuit).
- Train CFL toutes directions à 500 m de la colocation (gratuit). - Grande chambre individuelle (avec TV sur demande).
- Cuisine commune avec frigo individuel.
- Salle de bain commune avec douche.
- La surface habitable pour chaque colocataire est de 45m² (chambre + cuisine + SDB + couloir). - Charges comprises dans le prix du loyer : eau, électricité, chauffage, internet fibre, redevance OM, service de nettoyage (pas d'autres frais à prévoir).
