downstairs: open plan kitchen/meals/lounge, one bathroom with shower and separate toilet
upstairs: Bed 1: queen bed, desk, chest of drawers and large wardrobe
Bed 2: double bed, single bunk bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bed 3: single bed, hanging space. (small room)
Maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2.
Free wifi and Bbox TV
There is reverse cycle air conditioning/heating downstairs and in bedroom 1.
A heater is provided for bedroom 2.
Bed 3 is under the required 9 square metres for this website, but could be used for guests.
My family and I live in Australia. We lived in the house in Antibes in 2017 and 2018 and loved it.
Our agent Capucine is in Antibes and looks after the property for us. She speaks English and French and will be available if you need her during your stay.
My wife Lidia also speaks decent French and fluent Italian. I speak a little German.
