-A terrace facing South East of 8 m² with dining table and deck chairs,
This comfortable accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has a beautiful view overlooking the park of the residence.
Skema is easy to acess as there are two direct buses which stops are only 4 to 6 min walk from the flat.
The flat is strictly non smocking inside and parties are forbidden. Respect to our neighboors is required.

Note : Heating is included as this is collective system. Elecricity, water consumptions and internet access are not included.
A 75€ per monthly provision will be asked. At check out charges will be adjusted on the basis of your real consumption.
