Furnished room with private kitchen, 7 minutes walk from the western entrance to the Paris Saclay university in Orsay, and 10 minutes walk from the RER B station "La Hacquinière". The room has an independent access from the owners' house. Monthly rent all charges included (water, electricity, heating, taxes). High speed internet with optic fiber available, using a provided CPL plug. Bed, table, desk lamp, chair, shelves, cupboard, private kitchen with microwave oven, 2 hotplates, sink, fridge, tableware. Very calm. The window opens on a garden. Bathroom and lavatory are shared with another student (independent access for each student to these rooms and additional surface). Laundry available. Non smoking.

Chambre meublée avec coin cuisine privatif à 7 mn à pied de l'entrée ouest de l'université d'ORSAY et à 15 mn à pied de la station du RER B Bures la Hacquinière. Ce studio est d'accès indépendant par rapport à la maison des propriétaires. Loyer avec toutes les charges comprises (eau, électricité, chauffage, taxes). Internet par prise CPL fournie gratuit (fibre). Lit, table, lampe de bureau, chaise, étagères, placard, coin cuisine privatif avec four à micro-ondes, cuisinière 2 feux, évier, frigo, vaisselle. Très calme. Non fumeur. La fenêtre de la chambre exposée sud ouvre sur un jardin. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont à partager avec un autre étudiant (surface supplémentaire d’accès indépendant pour chacun des deux étudiants). A disposition garage pour vélo (gratuit), buanderie avec machine à laver (payante).
