L'appartement est à la fois en plein centre ville, à 10 mètres du vieux port mais aussi au calme puisqu'il est entouré par 2 cours privées et donc à l'abri du bruit.

Il dispose de 2 chambres, sur 2 étages différents. L'appartement est exposé sud. C'est au dernier étage (Entrée au 2ème étage)

Chaque chambre dispose de son propre petit lavabo.

L'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé : four, gaziniere, lave linge, petit lave vaisselle, il y a une baignoire dans la salle de bain,.

Je laisse tous les draps, serviettes, torchons .... toute la vaisselle....

Attention ! Il y a un ascenseur dans la résidence, mais il ne vous mènera pas plus haut que le 1er étage.


Au pied de l'immeuble, vous avez accès aux principales lignes de bus ou aux vélos Yélo ( loués par la ville à l'année et en libre service).

Environs 15 minutes à pieds des universités / bibliothèque universitaire.

À moins de 10 minutes à pieds de l'hôpital (pour les étudiants en médecine /infirmiers).

Perfect location for this apartment :

The appartment is in the very center of the city. Only 10 meters away from the old Harbour, and away from noisy streets as it is surrounded by 2 private courts. A nice environment to study!

2 bedrooms with double beds.
South oriented (sunny!)
You enter the apartment at the 3d floor (small entry)
The appartement is mostly on the 4th floor (kitchen, living room, bathroom and one bedroom (16m²).
One more bedroom upstairs 18m².

There is an elevator, but it will lift you only on the 2nd floor.

Many things in this apartment : washing machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher, there is a real bathtub in the bathroom, and each room has a small sink and mirror.

I will leave many things in the flatt : pillows, duvets, bed sheets, towels, dishes.....

You will have an immediate access to the bus network and the main lines. Yelo bikes (which can be rented for a year by the city) are also less than 100m away from the residence door.


- 15 minute walk from the university and main student library.
-10 minute walk from hospital (for doctor students and nurse school)

You should be already 2 students to rent this flat.
