Je vous propose une chambre dans une colocation totalement meublée. Les éléments inclus dans les charges : Eau, Chauffage, Électricité, Box Internet, Taxe ordure.

La chambre dispose de :

Un + : 1 garçon de ménage passe à l'appartement 1 fois toutes les 2 semaines pour le nettoyage des parties communes. Cette prestation est à mes frais et ne fait pas partie des charges facturées aux colocataires. Attention, ceci n'exonère pas les colocataires de s'organiser pour faire le ménage chaque semaine.
