The bright studio is self-contained and has its own front door. It has been recently refurbished (December 2023) and it is ideally located to explore Paris. The guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located studio.
The accommodation includes a washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, 2 induction hobs and TV.

No-Smoking Policy.

5 min on foot to the tube station ( Métro station "Mairie des Lilas" / line 11 > 15 min > to the centre of Paris Métro station "Châtelet" / line 11 ).
It's in the city, but just enough off the main street to be able to find some calm.

Studio lumineux est indépendant qui a été récemment rénové (décembre 2023) et est idéalement situé aux Lilas, dans un quartier calme avec une ambiance de "village", proche de l'église et de nombreux parcs ("Grand Chemin").

Logement NON-FUMEUR.

Le logement comprend un lave-linge, un réfrigérateur, un four à micro-ondes, une bouilloire, 2 plaques à induction et une télévision.

4 min à pied de la station de métro « Mairie des Lilas » / ligne 11 :
- il faut 15 min pour rejoindre le centre de Paris, Station de métro « Châtelet » / ligne 11.

Je recherche avant tout une personne fiable, capable de prendre soin du studio, en respectant les autres locataires de l'immeuble ainsi que les voisins.
