Charmante colocation étudiante très calme dans un F4 très lumineux au 4ème (sans ascenseur).
L'appartement est entièrement aménagé et parfaitement équipé lave-linge, lave vaisselle, four, plaque de cuisson, frigo, vaisselle...
Les colocataires se partagent les pièces communes salon, cuisine, salle de bain et WC séparé.
Les 3 chambres sont desservies par un couloir qui les isole du reste de l'appartement. Elles disposent toutes d'un grand lit 140x190, un bureau, une chaise et un placard...
