Il s'agit d'une chambre de disponible dans une colocation meublée de 4 chambres.

La chambre est disponible pour fin juin / début juillet. Les 3 colocataires actuels ont entre 22 et 26 ans.

APPARTEMENT:

Il s'agit d'un appartement de 70m² avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains.

Il y a une cuisine toute équipée.

4 chambres spacieuses allant de 10 à 12 m² équipées avec :
• Un lit double 140 cm (1 jeux de draps par personne)
• Un grand bureau
• Un dressing / armoire

Le nombre d’occupants est limité à 4 (pas de couple). Pour le respect de chacun, cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés.

Afin que vous vous sentiez dans cette colocation comme chez vous, vous disposerez de tous les services nécessaires : eau, électricité, chauffage, internet fibre.

LOCALISATION:

La colocation est située très proche de la gare Nantes et du centre-ville.

Il y a le tram à proximité (ligne 1 - arrêt Gare), le Bicloo et de nombreux arrêts de bus.

CONDITIONS:

Loyer : 445€ +40 € de charges soit 485€ au total
