70m² Private room in a flatshare for 3 people

Appartement décoré par architecte d'intérieur, dans une résidence au calme, dans une rue privée, à 10' à pied de la Place Masséna, je loue un appartement de 70 m² - pour 3 étudiants seulement - Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains privée et toilettes - Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit en 140 cm, avec armoire 2 mètres de large, un bureau et l'ensemble clair et décoré avec goût.
La cuisine est intégralement équipée. Nous fournissons les draps de lit, couette, serviettes, etc.... On arrive et on dépose ses valises tout simplement ! Bien entendu la WIFI est incluse dans le prix de la location.
Consommation électrique sur relevé compteur et partagée entre 3 étudiants.
Le prix s'entend pour une chambre et pour un étudiant(e).
Si vous recherchez un lieu tranquille et paisible pour faire vos études, vous avez trouvé le lieu idéal et sachez cependant que l’appartement est conçu pour recevoir 3 étudiants et chaque étudiant a un espace personnel et délimité. Pour la tranquillité de chaque étudiant, il n’est pas possible pour l’étudiant de recevoir ami(e) ou famille à dormir et à fortiori à séjourner dans l’appartement.
Le dépôt de garantie est demandé. 1 mois - Participation ménage déduit du dépôt de garantie au moment du départ.

3 independent bedrooms, including private shower. Every room has a large bed of 140 cm wide, wall cupboards and a work desk and chair. Blankets and pillows as well as bedlinen and towels are supplied.
Specially designed so that each person can live independently and feel at home in their own personal space.
There is also a very modern fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing and drying machine. A special TV corner just adds that social touch !
If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to do your studies, you have found the ideal one but you should know, however, that the apartment is conceived to receive 3 students and that each student has their own personal limited space. In order to ensure the tranquility of each student, it is not possible for the student to receive friends or family to sleep (obviously) or to stay in the apartment.
Electricity upon consumption and shared between the 3 students.
The price is for one bedroom and for one student.
1 month deposit is required. (maid fees) at the check out only
