Flat is situated 1min from Metro PEREIRE (Line 3), RER C, and Bus station. Also available just downstairs Velib (bike sharing). You ll enjoy shops and cafe around the area.

Please note:
-> The flat is situated on the 7th floor WITHOUT elevator and via tiny stairs (please see photo)
-> Toilets are OUTSIDE the flat (just in front), to share with the other and only one flat (currently free) but could be occupied by an other student. There are only 2 flat on the 7th floor, super quiet.
-> Electricty is not included in price (you ll need to register). Internet is not included but a Fiber plug is already setup (you ll need to register)

Contrat Meublé is provided with the possibility to get APL.

We had several student already with very good and positive feedback of the flat.
