Tout proche de l'Université Michel de Montaigne.
2 chambres (12m2) au premier étage, côté jardin Sud. 595€ cc
Une petite (9m2) au rdc coté jardin Sud 505€

Notre Maison est entièrement équipée, mitoyenne d'un coté et située en impasse au calme.
Entourée d'un Jardin arboré (Catalpa,pruniers, camélia etc.) une terrasse (sud) 30m2,2 abris de jardin , 2 toilettes, 2 salles d'eau, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle , internet fibre, four à pizza etc.

Il est facile de se garer devant la maison, vélo / scooter
Équidistante Tram Doyen Brus et Université Campus (6-8' à pied) et proche des bus 34/35/44/58/87 (5min).

Notre Coloc existe depuis 15 ans!
Nous sommes tour à tour étudiants ou jeunes travailleurs indépendants ou salariés (+/- 20--30 ans).
