Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de l' ESC school et à 100 mètres station métro (centre ville à 8 minutes)

Appartement refait à neuf (cuisine, salle de bain, dressing, toilettes), décoration contemporaine, environnement agréable ; fenêtres à double vitrage neuves, chauffage au sol.
La Cuisine est bien équipée, tout est fourni, lave-linge, sèche-linge, couette et oreiller.


Le loyer de 400 euros inclut toutes les charges / eau, gaz, électricité, et internet avec fibre optique. Le ménage des parties communes est également inclus dans les charges.
