There’s just one very last step before confirming your reservation.

Be sure to fill out ALL the information on your tenant profile and your guarantors’ profiles on the platform (under “My Information” and “Guarantors”), otherwise your application cannot be submitted.



Once this information is validated, we’ll forward your reservation application to Twenty Campus. They’ll contact you to send you your lease agreement to sign electronically as soon as possible. You’ll have 5 business days to sign and pay for your lease agreement. Payment to Twenty Campus will be made via a bank transfer link they’ll send you after you receive your lease agreement and will cover:

* 1 month’s rent

* Security deposit

* “Espaces et services” membership fee

* Your selected options (Insurance / Electricity meter activation / Twenty Serenity / Laundromat...)

* Rental fees and move-in/move-out inspections*

*Please note: Twenty Campus’s rental fees are separate from Studapart’s reservation fees.
To finalize your contract, Twenty Campus will also need your home insurance certificate, which you must email to them at: logementetudiant@sergic.com



P.S.: The Studapart guarantee is not home insurance; it is an alternative to the guarantor required by the residence in case your guarantor is not creditworthy or you do not have a guarantor residing in France.

This is an absolute requirement, and it ensures your application is complete so you can be eligible to reserve your housing.
