Résidence Gambetta

The LOGIFAC student residence is located in the Saint-Marc district of Rouen, on Gambetta Boulevard, just a short walk from the Faculty of Medicine. You won’t have to waste time in transportation in the morning, which is a real advantage for focusing on your studies!

The studios and T2 apartments are fully furnished and feature an equipped kitchenette. The residence also offers a common room with a foosball table and a ping-pong table for your relaxation moments. Secure and supported by the LOGIFAC teams, who are present throughout the year to assist you.

The residence is eligible for housing assistance (ALS). Additionally, you can cancel your lease in case of failing the baccalaureate, an exam, or if you are admitted to an institution located in another city than the residence (see conditions).

The area has excellent transport links, with a bus stop at the foot of the residence and tram access just a short walk away. A supermarket is just opposite, ideal for your daily shopping.

Just 5 minutes away, you'll find an escape game, the Saint-Marc market, a shopping centre, a cinema and museums. There's plenty to occupy your leisure time!

There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops to liven up your day.
