20m² Homestay for 1 person

Nous louons une chambre meublée tout confort, au 1er étage d'une maison particulière avec jardin . Nous sommes situés dans la localité du Val d’Albian, juste en face du campus de HEC.
La chambre est meublée avec un lit double, un bureau, un fauteuil etc…
La salle de bain est également à l’étage et à partager avec deux autres étudiants. Les étudiants disposent également de deux toilettes/WC à l'étage.
La cuisine est à partager avec la famille sans problème.
Mise à disposition d’une lingerie avec machine à laver.
Couette, étui de couette et drap housse sont fournis.
Internet haut débit, commerces à proximité, logement non-fumeur. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter, nous parlons anglais et allemand!

We have a furnished, very comfortable 2nd floor room in a private house with a gorgeous garden. The house is located in the town of Val d'Albian, directly facing the HEC campus.
The room is approximately fully furnished with a twin-size bed, a wide desk with lamp and leather chair.
The bathroom is on the same floor and will be shared with two other students. There are 2 toilets/WC upstairs the students can use.
The large kitchen is shared with the family without any problem. A washing machine is available.
Bed sheets are provided.
High speed internet is provided. The location is close to shops and supermarkets and is a non-smoking accommodation.
