Située dans un quartier calme, au cœur de ville de Saint Pierre du Mont, commune limitrophe de Mont de Marsan, à proximité des commerces, des bus, et à moins de 5 min de l' IUT ou de l' ESPE, à 10 minutes de l'ESML, IFSI ...

La maison est composée de 2 appartements ( un au rez de chaussée, un à l étage). Les deux appartements sont COMPLETEMENT INDEPENDANTS
L appartement de l étage fait 100 m² et comprend :
- 4 chambres de 12 m² chacune meublée (1 se libère au 20/08)
- une salle de bain,
- un WC séparé
- une salle d eau,
- une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, 2 réfrigérateurs, plaque induction,...) et séparée,
