Notre agence vous présente cette colocation de 3 chambres de 62m² située au 1er étage d’un immeuble situé au 323 B cours Emile Zola sur la commune de Villeurbanne. Cet appartement se trouve à même distance des arrêts de Métro Cusset et Flachet, tous les 2 desservis par la ligne de Métro A qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville en moins de 15 minutes. Des lignes de bus, dont des lignes au service renforcé (C17/ C26) circulent dans un rayon de 300 mètres autour du logement. La porte d’entrée de ce logement s’ouvre sur les pièces de vie de cette colocation.
