Description of the accommodation

Colocation de 6 chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes privatives dans une maison de 130 m² avec jardin à Palaiseau. Une chambre se libère à partir du 1er août 2022.

La maison est située dans une zone pavillonnaire familiale, à 800 m de la station de RER Palaiseau, 1,2 km de la gare de RER/TGV de Massy Palaiseau et 10 min en voiture de Polytechnique. Arrêts de bus vers Massy Palaiseau, Villebon, Orsay, CEA, Université Paris-Saclay et les Grandes Écoles du Plateau de Saclay.

Le centre ville de Palaiseau et ses commerces sont accessibles facilement à pieds (boulangerie, boucherie, Carrefour City, pharmacie).

La maison est entièrement rénovée, meublée et équipée.

Les 6 chambres ont une superficie comprise entre 15 et 16m², avec douches, lavabos et toilettes privatives dans la chambre (lits 140*200).

Les lieux à partager sont :
