Ecla Paris Massy-Palaiseau is located just 30 minutes from Paris, in the Essonne department, 7 minutes' walk from Massy-Palaiseau RER B & C and TGV stations. The residence is close to the Plateau de Saclay and its schools (bus route). Ecla is now the largest residence dedicated to co-living in Europe, and is home to over 1,000 residents, the majority of whom are international, students or young professionals. As an Ecla resident, you have access to around 4,000m² of communal areas and services, including a sports hall, video and gaming rooms, a music studio, a cinema box and a street-food restaurant. You'll benefit from an all-inclusive offer that includes your rent, all utilities (hot and cold water, electricity, maintenance of communal areas) as well as WiFi, included services (individual mailboxes, parcel delivery, equipment loans, etc.) and access to communal areas.
