Our new Athena residence will open its doors on 19 August 2024. Located in an ideal setting close to the universities, this modern residence covers an area of 7,500 m², offering 312 private homes and exceptional communal areas, arranged over five floors. It is the result of 5 years of renovation to make it one of the jewels in the crown of the Plateau de Saclay.
A residence manager is on hand every day to support you and meet your needs.

All our flats and communal areas are fully equipped and furnished, so you can settle in without a care in the world. The design and furnishings are the work of the Colonies teams, so that we can offer you high-quality, timeless accommodation designed with you in mind.

Rent
Our rents include all charges for your accommodation: water, electricity, gas, internet and home insurance. All our properties are eligible for APL.
A support service is available throughout your stay if you have any questions, as well as a 100% digital tenant area where you can retrieve your documents.
