The student residence, Campus des Sciences de Grenoble, is a new and fully secured residence. It benefits from common areas including a private Japanese garden and a terrace, as well as a modern gym where students can fully enjoy relaxing. A study room is available for students to work alone or with others. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style. The residence offers studios and T1 of 20 to 27 m² with terrace but also T4 of 82 m² conceived for the sharing of up to 3 persons. On the outskirts of the Capital of the Alps, the Campus des Sciences is ideally located and public transport, including the Tram, at the gates of the residence offers many possibilities for travel to the centre of Grenoble and the main places of higher education. The first campuses are only 15 minutes away and the Grand Place shopping centre is only a few steps away. Tenants have access to bicycles that they can use as needed, indoor parking, and laundry facilities at an additional cost. Hot water, heating and electricity are included in the rent. A reception is available to students for the management of daily life in the residence and reception of parcels. Application fees, broadband internet access in the accommodation and common areas as well as two cleaning services per month are offered.
