The Twenty Campus Reims student residence offers studios (from 18 to 22 m²) and T2 (from 28 to 36 m²).
The apartments are furnished and fully equipped: fully equipped kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave oven, crockery kit, cleaning kit), pull-out bed with duvet, desk, chairs, dining table, plenty of storage space, private shower room with toilet.

Many services are INCLUDED in the rent: breakfast buffet during the week, cleaning of the apartment twice a month, access to a laundry, fitness room, internet access, daily presence of a manager on site, bicycle garage.

The charges include: cold water, maintenance of the common areas, lift, maintenance of the green areas, manager.

Parking : 25€/month
