Congratulations on your reservation, we have received your payment.The manager of the residence, who will be your main contact, will contact you for the next steps of your reservation which will be :

- The signature of your rental contract
- The payment of the first month's rent and/or the security deposit
- The appointment for the inventory of fixtures and the delivery of the keys.

Also, don't forget, you will have to provide a certificate of home insurance (mandatory in France) when you receive the keys.

Finally, the manager will also ask you to open a bank account in France to pay your rent by direct debit.
