La Fabrik student residence is a new residence located five minutes from the city center, a stone's throw from Jean Monnet University and less than 2km from EKLYA Business School and EM LYON.
It is ideally located, indeed the tram line passes in front of the residence and allows you to reach the station of Chateaucreux in less than 10 minutes.
Each accommodation has a kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and crockery), a dining area, a sleeping area and an office area, as well as a bathroom (WC and shower) & Each tenant has a free internet connection.
