- keep the premises absolutely silent at night
- parties are to be held in the bars/clubs, not in the building (large gatherings are also forbidden as they cause too much nuisance) - both day and night

private studio with bathroom - Only the kitchen is shared The majority of the Studeopolis rooms are ‘Creams’; rooms with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. We also have “twin-kots” (on the website also indicated as ‘Creams’), however, in which a person has a private bedroom and shares the bathroom with 1 other person (the neighbour). We always try to put 2 students of the same sex in these twin-kots. The kitchen is to be shared with the other tenants on the same floor just like with a regular ‘Cream’.
