Composée au rdc grand séjour avec canapé, table basse, télévision "Sony" bibliothèque, Cuisine ouverte sur séjour, toute équipée (Plaque 4 feux induction pour cuisson, Micro-ondes, Four, Frigo-congélateur, Lave linge, Lave vaisselle .Plan de travail avec évier. Table avec 4 chaises,, placards de rangements et vaisselle.....
à l'étage une Grande chambre, avec 2 lits d'une Place ( possibilité que l'on ajoute aussi un grand lit 2 places) table de nuit et lampe de chevet, 1 Grande armoire avec glace, 1 bureau, Une SDD avec une douche fermée, Un lavabo avec meuble et tiroirs, miroir, spoots et un wc. Idéal pour étudiants. (j'ai toujours loué cette maison à des étudiants Epita, Ipsa, Effrei, Epitec) Pour information les charges sont estimatives et peuvent varier selon la consommation réelle. Le chauffage est individuel électrique (compteur EDF à votre nom ) et l'eau froide sera facturée selon la consommation, Contrat Alarme en sus.

"Il faut minimum 2 étudiants en même temps donc les étudiants doivent trouver un co-locataire avant de déposer leur candidature.
Au Prix du loyer mensuel HC de 1500,00€ il faut ajouter EDF (car chauffage par radiateur) + EAU Froide au M3 + Alarme obligatoire par l'assurance 41€ par mois,
A l'entrée le Bail et l'état des Lieux seront à régler aussi à l'agent immobilier qui l'effectuera. ( APL ok si seulement 2 étudiants)"
